Went to get a refill and manicure and it was great. The staff was nice and they listen to the customer.

It took them an hour to remove my old lash extension. (Done almost a month ago) This procedure must be done in 15 min. I guess they use very cheap and maybe even not safe remover. My eyes were itchy after the procedure. Also the specialist was not experienced maybe a beginner. But for 25 euro I was expecting an easy and quick removal.

I decided to try L’Oriental instead of going to my usual nail salon, and had a great first experience! My nail tech was really nice and did a great job with my nails. I’ll definitely be back after this!
