As we understand what you mentioned above: Our nail tech forgot to apply the rubberbase for you as your request, is it correct? If it is true, we are truly appolozy for this. For us, we recommend the clients to use with rubberbase always. We do believe it was just a miscommunication. We work with our hearts and really responsibility to make the best nails for the clients.

If you paid via Treatwell in advanced, and our nail tech did not apply rubberbase, please feel free to email us with your bank account. We can refund the rough base cost.

Sometimes some clients came late for their appointments so it makes pushing the next coming appointments of the days. We always try our best to avoid this problem & improve our services.

It is true that the price of some services on Treatwell are different from our pricelist due to the commission fee from Treatwell to bring clients to our salon. We always prefer the clients to book directly with us with our website https://loriental-nails.nl/ for a better price.

Hi Michela. Thanks for sharing your feedback and sorry to know that the schellac on your hands started chipping off. For this situation it could happen by many factors of how using the nails/ technique from the nails tech/ own nails conditions if it is too thin.... We need to see in real hands and to know if you did request with extra harder gel/ rubber base. We always recommend clients to apply extra this layer for the real nails protection & to give the nails an extra Hard/ Rubber layer, making them thicker/stronger & the shellac stay longer stably. For long-term nails users who love to have Shellac everymonth, this is the best option. Everytime when you visit us for a new shellac, if the ruuber base still stay well so we will not remove it, it means we dont touch your real nails and dont make your real nails thinner. It works as the real nails protective layer.
