Lโ€™Oriental Nails - Lashes - Brows (Amsterdam location)

Biab with extension (tips). *HYGIENE*: the worst Iโ€™ve ever seen. Sticky & Dusty everywhere from previous clients. Table was dirty. Nail salon does not sterilize ANYTHING. It was absolutely disgusting; to re-use nail bits that were crusty from previous use. Cuticle cutters were hardly โ€œswabbedโ€ with alcohol. Nail salons like this would be shut down by health departments in other western countries. *NAILS*: poorly done. Gel Unevenly applied. Tips splitting from 5 nails. Poor attitude.

Anna - over 1 year ago

Dear Anna,

Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about your experience โ€” especially regarding the hygiene concerns and the quality of your BIAB extension service. Cleanliness and proper sanitation are extremely important to us, and your comments are being taken seriously. We are actively reviewing our protocols and addressing this with our team.

We're also sorry that the results and communication didnโ€™t meet your expectations. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. If you're open to it, weโ€™d appreciate the chance to speak with you directly and make things right.

Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Warm regards,
Lโ€™Oriental Team

I had to ask to re-do 2 nails as the space between the colour(red) and the cuticles was too muchโ€ฆ to be honest I wouldnโ€™t go there again. Not for me, sorry๐Ÿ˜”. Hygiene was not their top priority, I donโ€™t like when instruments are simply sprayed with a bit of alcohol

Francesca - over 1 year ago

Dear Francesca,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Weโ€™re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.
