Bij binnenkomst fijn en ik kreeg iets te drinken. Goed tijd genomen voor mijn nagel verzorging. Van tevoren hun deal geboekt die niet compleet bleek en meer betaald dan normaliter (€150) en na een halve dag was de Biab al beschadigd bij de punt aan 2 nagels. Nu een week verder 4 ingescheurde nagels terwijl dit voorheen nooit is gebeurd. Biab deed ik voor versteviging dus ben erg teleurgesteld dat ik opnieuw kan beginnen met de groei van mijn nagels na zoveel besteedt te hebben.

Please always feel free to contact and visit us within 7 days after the nails had done so we can help you to review it. It is also good that we can check and find out the reason for this issue and to improve it.

About the payment, you made appointments for both hand and feet and you booked wrong services so we corrected it together that day. I price was correct for all treatments as discussed.

Great salon! I was generally very happy with the treatment I had done by Kim. The salon is big, clean and very pleasant. I walked in with short, fairly ugly nails and waltzed out with some pretty sparkles ready for Christmas!
