Unfortunately, we don't complete agree with what you mention that must lead misunderstanding to other clients, that is why we need to make clear your points.
About your nails is sensitive after nails treatment, this could happen due to your nails status is already week and thin, when the BIAB or even Acryl dry under UV lamps, its make the materials squeezed (to make it hard and strong) and put pressure on your nails. Clients who have strong nails originally will not experience this pain. This could happen but it is not common. OR you have never done hard Nails before/ or long time ago, so that you nails is not used to the new strongly tight and hard feeling yet. Your nails just need few days to adapt to the new status. This is explanable & understandable.
If our technician makes your nails thin by the drill bits, then we apology for this mistake. However, this is information from your side, it also could be when you come to us, your nails already weak & thin originally or damage by previous treatments somewhere. We are quite confident that all our technicians have fully knowledge and skills about our own work.
About BIAB or Rubber Base, Marissa, if you want to real understand about Nails Materials, we suggest you to take a Nails course or at least Google for a better knowledge rather than just listen to a random nail technician from another salon and confirm all she/he says are right (easily manipulated) . Please you and the person gave your that information should read about Soak-off & None Soak-off in nails sector for a better knowledge. We do believe this better for your nails future as well.
We hope our direct reply helps to clear your points. We have 2 beauty salons in 2 cities, existing for more than 16 years, of course we know what we are using for clients. If we are a lier, we have no chance to exist for 16 years. You had the nails treatment with us on 28 Feb 2024, you left this review on 24 March after removing. It means our work stay well on your nails for at least 4 weeks. We must say we are so proud of your work quality.
