Worst salon experience Iโ€™ve ever had. The listing clearly said waxing/threading was included, yet they still overcharged me. What was supposed to take 45 minutes dragged into 90. The place was filthy, smelled awful, and made me feel sick. On top of that, there was zero communication throughout. When I tried to raise my concerns, the staff were dismissive and argumentative. Absolutely unacceptable.
