I had a really unpleasant experience. They didn’t have my color and pressured me to pick one I didn’t like or pay extra. The filing was rough — some nails were over-filed, uneven, and even exposed skin. I usually enjoy getting my nails done, but this time was stressful and disappointing. Now I’m stuck with nails I don’t like for weeks.

Every salon has different colour collection, if you don't find out the color you like from our collection, you can feel free to let us know and cancel the appointment. Because we work on appointments so if you take long time for your choice then it will delay on next appointments. We don't want to put pressure on you, we just want to let you understand from our work and our responsibility. Our price list on website/ at the shop is transparant, any choice you make is match with the certain price. We can make your own choice, we just follow the clients wish.

And if you think the work was rough, we apology for it. We will improve our technicians to the better job everyday & definitely pay more attention to make sure the best of our work quality and meet your satisfaction. We hope to see you again, and if in case you want to have any adjustment or preparation, please feel free to make appointment with us, we have 7 days quarantine for free of preparation. Nice salon, I don’t find the work very clean tbh. I have gel on my cuticles and the person doing my nails just wiped it off with her gloves, no aceton or alcohol. Also had gel on her gloves and still touched my hands. Scared of contact dermatitis.

The end results are 7/10. Felt a bit rushed and I have definitely had better BIAB. Felt like there was a lack of detail. The girl who helped me was nice tho.
