Unfortunately I prepaid and no one seemed to know how to do threading, so essentially just had eyebrows plucked. Had to wait 20 mins even though I had pre booked. Staff very friendly but please do not offer a service you do not have the skills to deliver.

Thanks Lydia for sharing your feedback with us. To be honest we can do thread, just as mentioned on the booking description, depend on the brows status, we will choose to use the suitable technique. Your brows shape was good and not much hair grow around, so we did focus on the result how to make it look nice more than the technique you expected. Went in for a BIAB refill + darker color on my natural nails. The technician did a great job of cleaning up and prepping my nails for the new color. The end result was even better than my original BIAB, much thinner and more natural looking.

Although my nails look really nice, my nailtech was quite rough with the nail drill machine, which made small dents on my nail beds. I had been to L'Oriental before in Utrecht, where I got my acrylics removed and had the same issue. I then thought it was because of the acrylics, but I think it's the nailtech's technique. I hope they fix this issue so I can come back...
